Job Summary:
The University of Manchester is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join its Research Governance, Ethics and Integrity Team (RGEIT). As a key member of the Quality Assurance division, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management processes established to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation that govern the University's research activities are fit-for-purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assurance to the University that quality management processes are effective and compliant with regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with research teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with research activities.
- Develop and implement quality management procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure quality management processes are operating effectively.
- Provide training and support to research staff on quality management procedures and regulatory requirements.
