About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Perinatal Mental Health Service. As a Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment and treatment to women experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy and postnatally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake complex assessments and provide expert advice to the Perinatal Mental Health Multi-Professional Team.
  • Provide specialist treatment for complex cases, including individual and group interventions.
  • Plan and prioritise your clinical workload, commenting and proposing changes to policy or service development within the area of psychological service.
  • Provide specialist supervision for trainee clinical psychologists and psychological guidance and supervision for multidisciplinary clinical colleagues.
  • Develop and encourage an evidence-based research culture within the wider clinical team.
