About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a range of local primary schools and nurseries across all age groups. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities to primary age groups
  • Work with small and large groups of pupils, as well as providing one-to-one support to pupils with varying needs
  • Cover lessons at points in the day to support teachers when possible

We are proud to be working in partnership with established schools in the Walsall area, which are looking to recruit passionate Teaching Assistants to work in KS1, KS2, and Early Years. Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children of an older primary age group
  • Ability to work typical school hours of 08:30-15:30 from Monday to Friday
  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification for this particular role
  • Ability to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years
  • Ability to obtain a DBS registered to the update service
