Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Dudley.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide additional support to students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis, assisting the teacher with general classroom and behavior management. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN and making a positive impact on their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional support to students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assist the teacher with general classroom and behavior management.
  • Be prepared to support with personal care as required.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
