- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct property valuations and maintain a database of potential vendors
- Attend valuations and provide training to sales staff
- Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Conduct monthly 1-to-1 meetings with sales staff
- Manage profit and loss for the sales team
- Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth completion of sales
**Requirements:**
- Success-driven and motivated individual
- Ability to think outside the box and lead by example
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
