Poultry Farm Manager

We require a seasoned professional to lead our poultry farm operations. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing poultry farms and a deep understanding of the industry's best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement efficient farming systems to optimize crop yields and bird welfare.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our production management team to set and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and infrastructure.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,280 per year, plus company pension and on-site parking.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability, with some weekend work possible.
