Poultry Farm Operations

We seek a highly experienced and organized professional to manage our poultry farm operations. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in poultry production and a proven ability to lead teams.

Your Key Duties
  • Implement and maintain effective biosecurity protocols to protect against disease outbreaks.
  • Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, including crop yields and bird health.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve farm efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with our production management team to set and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of farm staff to ensure smooth operation of the farm.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,280 per year, plus company pension and on-site parking.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability, with some weekend work possible.
