Lead Our Repair Services Team

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a repair services or contact center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry trends.
