Lead Repair Services Team

At Accent, we strive to provide exceptional repair services to our customers. We're seeking a skilled leader to oversee our repair services team, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations.

About the Role:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Repair Services, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of repair services professionals
  • Developing and implementing effective repair services strategies
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Managing repair services operations and budgets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in repair services management
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Financial and budget management expertise
  • Knowledge of current issues in social housing

Location:

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough office with some travel as required.

We're a keen promoter of agile working and encourage working from home, as long as we meet our customers' needs.

We'll provide you with the equipment and software you'll need for the purpose of your role, however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
