We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse to join our Flying Start multi-disciplinary team based in the Flintshire Area. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Health Visiting Team by carrying out delegated work and delivering parenting support to families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care offered to families under the supervision of the Delegated Health Visitor.
  • Co-ordinating and managing your own workload, delivering evidence-based practice to families, and implementing the Healthy Child Wales Programme.

Based within the community setting, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families and contribute to the delivery and organisation of public health programmes. Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £41,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
