Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted interventions to address SEMH needs
  • Support lesson planning and delivery to enhance student engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK
