Enterprise Processing Support Specialist

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Processing Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Processing Team in Staines, UK.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. As an Enterprise Processing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of ADP to clients, resolving queries over the phone, email, and via eService.
  • Collaborate with other ADP departments to deliver accurate and timely responses to client queries and service requests.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to reduce the need for repeat queries.
  • Identify and implement service, process, and product improvements to benefit clients, the team, department, and ADP.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Able to quickly assimilate and retain new information.
  • Effective team player who supports and helps colleagues.
