Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Complaints Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate customer complaints and gather evidence to support your findings
- Communicate with customers to deliver resolutions and follow up with a letter to confirm the details
- Work in an FCA-regulated environment, handling complaints and providing great customer service
- Manage your own workload, prioritizing cases and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Past experience of dealing with complaints and knowledge of the Ombudsman Services and industry regulators
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyse evidence objectively
