IMG Events, a leading global leader in sports, fashion, events, and media, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join its team at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on a fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of HR management for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and induction.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention during the event.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • HR professional qualification, e.g., CIPD, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using HR systems and software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Right to work in the UK.
