- Leading a team of trades completing works
- Checking and signing off works
- Maintaining good sound building knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A suitable construction or building-related qualification (e.g., NVQ)
- Previous experience in domestic property maintenance
- Experience in people management
- Good general building knowledge
- Computer literacy
- A full UK driving license
