About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing event agency, planning high-profile parties and annual themed events in some of the most beautiful and prestigious venues in the UK.

The company has a strong presence within the industry and is going from strength to strength, well known for their renowned venue knowledge and bespoke venue finding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a main point of client contact
  • Take and negotiate client briefs
  • Manage events from conception to completion
  • Pick up leads and follow up
  • Sourcing venues including rate negotiation
  • Put together client-facing proposals
  • Conduct venue show rounds
  • Prepare budgets and manage the financial process
  • Manage external supplier relationships
  • Attend site visits and FAM trips
  • Create onsite documentation
  • Provide onsite management where required
Requirements

To be considered for the Event & Sales Manager position, you must have event management or venue finding experience from an agency environment.

Candidates must have managed budgets, previously been in a very client-facing role, and have the ability to think on their feet.

Strong London venue knowledge will be a requirement.

A confident and driven attitude with a proven ambition to develop your career within the events industry is essential.
