About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco store team as a Colleague. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Be knowledgeable about store products and services, making recommendations to customers
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere
  • Be knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your role and contributing to driving service and sales
