About the Role

The Fleet Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the regional success of Grenadier as a commercial vehicle within the fleet sales sector. This position will be responsible for establishing and developing the Fleet Sales business for Grenadier, leveraging existing and new contacts to enable the brand to enter the commercial fleet sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Global Business Plan: Create and instigate a comprehensive business plan that showcases the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector.
  • Engage with Fleet Clients: Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and work with the engineering team to adapt Grenadier to meet bespoke client needs.
  • Establish a Strong Network: Foster relationships with fleet clients and provide a single point of contact within Network Development and Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless support.
  • Manage Tenders and Proposals: Lead the development and submission of tenders and proposals, with a focus on winning multimillion-dollar contracts.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of leading and winning multimillion-dollar tenders in the automotive industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess the ability to analyze complex information, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong Network and Communication Skills: Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the fleet sector and possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and online.
  • Product and Engineering Understanding: Have a deep understanding of automotive products and engineering, with the ability to balance commercial requirements with manufacturing operations.
