About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Press Fleet Technician to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of press fleet vehicles for use within the public domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the press fleet and special vehicle usage plan is achieved and delivered on time
  • Diagnose and maintain vehicles to ensure vehicle availability and reduce fleet downtime
  • Ensure appropriate service equipment, tooling, and spares materials are available to support all required fleet activities
  • Responsible for setting and ensuring standards, service, and preparation of press and special use vehicles, while supporting events and activities within the UK and across the globe
Requirements
  • Supporting events at a national and global level, often with short notice. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling frequently in this role
  • Current, clean UK driving licence – this is essential for the role
  • Recognised technical qualification or experience-based equivalent
  • The right candidate will preferably come from an automotive or motorsport background, have strong team leadership skills, and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and wear many different hats
