About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fleet Specialist to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of press fleet vehicles to meet the quality standards and performance requirements of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Press Fleet & Special Vehicle usage plan to ensure timely delivery and optimal vehicle availability
  • Diagnose and maintain vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure fleet reliability
  • Source and manage service equipment, tooling, and spares materials to support fleet activities
  • Establish and maintain high standards for vehicle preparation, service, and presentation to support events and activities worldwide

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive or motorsport industry, with a strong technical background
  • Current, clean UK driving license and ability to travel frequently for events and activities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
