Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Innovation Officer to lead and manage our IT and technology services at 2plan Wealth Management Ltd. This role involves delivering exceptional service standards, driving continuous improvement, and managing the technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage IT services including DevOps, IT Training & Quality, and IT Support.
  2. Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives to enhance our technology infrastructure and services.
  3. Oversee strategic workforce planning, talent management, and engagement to ensure a high-performing technology team.
  4. Ensure high standards of customer service and address service issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Contribute to the development of the Operations & IT functional strategy to drive business growth and success.
  6. Optimize resource utilization and manage the annual budget for the service to ensure efficient use of resources.
  7. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards to ensure a secure and reliable technology environment.
  8. Represent the technology function at key governance groups and meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Delivery of technology metrics and performance standards to meet business objectives.
  2. Improvement of customer experience and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  3. Effective management of resources and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Positive feedback from audits and stakeholders on technology services and infrastructure.
  5. High levels of staff motivation and development through effective talent management and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Significant senior-level experience in an IT/technology environment, preferably in a financial services background.
  2. Proven track record in continuous improvement and change leadership, with a focus on driving business growth and success.
  3. Strong strategic workforce planning and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills to engage and motivate stakeholders.
  5. Resilient and proactive in a changing environment, with a focus on driving innovation and improvement.
  6. Budgetary management experience to ensure efficient use of resources and effective financial management.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong leadership and management skills to lead and manage a high-performing technology team.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure effective delivery of technology services.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate stakeholders.
