Director of Pharmacy Operations

Salary Package:
An attractive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks' holiday, pension scheme, reimbursement of GPhC fees, and bonuses (upon reaching KPIs).
About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading sales assistants and other pharmacy employees, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will also be involved in preparing drugs, executing prescription orders, and managing inventory effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate sales assistants and other pharmacy employees
* Prepare drugs and execute prescription orders for collection or delivery
* Manage inventory and order pharmacy supplies daily
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Registered Pharmacist with UK GPhC Registration
