About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy manager to lead our team in Northampton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key responsibilities include managing sales assistants and other pharmacy employees, preparing medications, ordering pharmacy supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
