Pharmacy Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Community Healthcare Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy services, working closely with our pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
About the Job
- You will lead and manage our pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- You will develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with our healthcare partners.
- You will provide leadership and guidance to our pharmacy colleagues, supporting their development and growth.
- You will maintain high levels of compliance and efficiency, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying prescriptions and delivering NHS and private services.
- Providing healthcare advice to customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and support.
- Supporting the development and training of our pharmacy colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- You will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with a degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- You will be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have experience working with vulnerable groups.
- You will complete a DBS check before employment, ensuring that you meet our strict standards.
What We Offer
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays, and a personal day off.
- Annual bonus up to 20% of annual salary.
