Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Pharmacies. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, developing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, pharmacists, and other stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and develop talented staff members
- Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance pharmacy services
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Degree
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership
- DBS check clearance
Salary:
£60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
