Job Description:

The Policy Management Officer plays a vital role in maintaining organizational integrity and promoting consistent practices across departments. This fast-paced position involves administrating a portfolio of Corporate Clients and ensuring that policies are effective, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
    • Create and Review Policies: Develop new policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and organizational goals.
    • Update Existing Policies: Regularly review and revise existing policies to ensure they remain relevant, up-to-date, and effective.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and incorporate them into policy development.
    • Implementation Support: Assist in the roll-out of new or updated policies, ensuring stakeholders understand and adhere to the new directives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
    • Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization's policies.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to policy gaps and work with other departments to mitigate them.
    • Audit Support: Coordinate with internal or external auditors to ensure policy implementation aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Communication and Training:
    • Communicate Policies: Develop clear communication strategies to ensure employees and stakeholders are aware of and understand policies.
    • Training Programs: Design and implement training programs to educate employees about key policies and their roles in ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
  • Experience in TATSH Web (ASSD) Product and MOB creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Estimated Salary: $62,500 per year
