Job Title: Regulatory Policy Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

This role is for an experienced regulatory policy professional to join our team at ICE. As a Regulatory Policy Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing regulations applicable to the Exchange and its Members.

The ideal candidate will have significant financial services regulatory policy experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a clear commitment to teamwork.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the Regulatory Policy function to monitor regulatory proposals that may impact ICE Futures Europe and the wider group. You will build relationships with stakeholders, including national regulators, legislative bodies, and ministries, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Your responsibilities will include drafting briefing notes, meeting with stakeholders, and presenting at conferences. You will also gather intelligence on regulatory developments and provide guidance to Members on implementation of policies and requirements.
