Pensions Administration Team Lead

This esteemed client has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and a collaborative approach to working with other firms of advisers to meet clients' needs and expectations. They are seeking a dynamic Pension Administration Team Manager to lead and oversee a team of administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration of a range of DB and DC pension schemes. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, work checking, target maintenance, trustee liaison, process design and implementation, workflow tracking and monitoring, and attendance at trustee meetings. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a proven understanding of DB and DC pension arrangements, awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements, experience with Profund oPen administration platform, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a Pensions Team Leader/Supervisor within occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting/TPA background, is essential. DPC/QPA/RPC qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
