Pensions Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Pension Administration Team Manager to lead and oversee a team of administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration of a range of DB and DC pension schemes.
The successful candidate will be involved in quality assurance, checking work, ensuring targets are met, dealing with trustees, designing and implementing processes, tracking and monitoring workflow, and attending trustee meetings.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a proven knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements, awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements, experience of using Profund oPen administration platform, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
As a seasoned Pensions Team Leader/Supervisor with at least 2 years of recent experience in occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting/TPA background, you will be well-equipped to drive the success of our client's pension administration team.
