About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Services Team Leader to join our team at Isio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective way.
  • Process Management: Develop and implement processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our pension administration services, including the management of high volumes of member events.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including the Central Team Manager, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-focused administration environment, with a strong background in team leadership and management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education: GCSE English and mathematics, or equivalent (A-C).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience of managing others and leading teams.
