Pensions Administration Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Pension Administration Team Manager to lead and oversee a team of administrators responsible for the day-to-day administration of a number of DB and DC pension schemes.
The successful candidate will be involved in quality assurance, checking work, ensuring targets are maintained, dealing with trustees, designing and implementing processes, tracking and monitoring workflow, and attending trustee meetings.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a proven knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements, awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements, experience of using Profund oPen administration platform, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
As a seasoned Pensions Team Leader / Supervisor, the candidate should have at least 2 years of recent experience in occupational pension schemes, preferably from a consulting/TPA background.
DPC/QPA/RPC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
