We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Team Manager to lead our team of administrators in the day-to-day administration of DB and DC pension schemes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of quality assurance, checking work, and ensuring targets are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of administrators involved in all aspects of pension scheme administration
- Quality assurance and checking work to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Design and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Attend trustee meetings and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of DB and DC pension arrangements
- Awareness of service standards and statutory disclosure requirements
- Experience of using Profund oPen administration platform
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead a team of administrators
- At least 2 years recent experience as a Pensions Team Leader / Supervisor within occupational pension schemes
