We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading healthcare group in Central London.

The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging users to convert to patients.

This role will play a crucial part in driving patient acquisition, retention, and overall practice growth through effective digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our target audience in the health sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
  • Take ownership of the organisation's Google Ads account, managing campaigns and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing performance

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing automation, preferably in a healthcare or women's health setting
  • Proficiency and demonstrable experience in marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, including building workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
