Your Role in Our Team

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional intelligence and self-regulation
  • Collaborate with the Classroom Teacher to design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to policy development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or related fields
  • A strong understanding of child development and educational principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils, families, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Compensation and Benefits
