About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at Buckland Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that our care home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial sustainability of our care home.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
About You
  • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in a nursing or residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and compliance.
