Your focus will be on ensuring the dignity and respect of each resident, while also recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls. You will act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. You will have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other people in the home. You will also be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions from other team members.
We offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role. Our ideal candidate will be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. You will also need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
