**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Headteacher to lead our team at Oak Tree School in Truro.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

As a School Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, including teaching, learning, and assessment.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote student wellbeing and achievement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student wellbeing and achievement.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of up to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £2,000 welcome bonus and opportunities for professional development.
