Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing personal care and support to the individual, including toileting, showering, and dressing
* Assisting with cooking and meal preparation
* Supporting the individual to take medication
* Encouraging socialization and participation in activities
* Promoting independence and friendships

You will need to be honest, reliable, and trustworthy, with good listening skills and the ability to provide non-judgmental emotional support. Previous experience working with children with disabilities is desirable, but not essential.

In return, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.

**Key Requirements:**

* Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy

* Be able to work on own initiative
* Be able to follow instructions accurately

* Be empathetic
* Previous caring experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities is essential
