About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales operations team in Redhill, RH1 1RH.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier.

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers.

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent communication and coordination with other sales support teams, and providing a seamless experience for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Attending external visits with Sales Account Managers when required
  • Producing and dispatching contracts through to signing
  • Processing tenders
  • Updating and maintaining various logs, including the contract management system and tender logs
  • Producing and running various reports required by the Sales team or customer

Requirements and Skills

  • To provide full operational support for the Sales teams
  • Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation
  • Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role
