- Supervise and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including the National Minimum Care Standards and the Nursing and Midwifery Council guidance on record keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and reviews, to ensure our care services meet the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve our care services and ensure we remain at the forefront of care delivery.
- Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
