We're seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team in Ealing, London. As a Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our branch and branch manager in delivering high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line supervision of office staff
- Deputise for the branch manager in their absence
- Support the branch across all functions, including rosters, care coordination, compliance, audit, payroll, complaints, and reports
Requirements:
- Efficient, organised, and experienced care professional
- Passionate about providing the best in community care

What We Offer:
