Care Services Manager

Blu Havn Care LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of Domiciliary Care Services, leading the care team, and providing skilled care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake care management responsibilities as delegated by the Head of the company and Care Home rules and regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans that are realistic and achievable, ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
- Supervise and participate in the delivery of care services, monitoring the effectiveness of care plans and making changes as necessary.
- Ensure all patients' care plans and records are maintained and updated in line with Domiciliary Care regulations.
- Administer, record, maintain, and replenish medications, including controlled drugs, in accordance with Home policies and procedures.
- Act as a key communicator on Domiciliary Care matters, including changes in condition, concerns, requests, etc.
- Supervise staff, including recruitment, selection, and disciplinary processes, ensuring all appropriate checks are made and evidenced on personnel records.
- Participate in quality assurance systems, training, and teaching of other staff members.
- Take responsibility for the safeguarding of adults and follow the Trust's whistleblowing policy as required.
- Working knowledge of the National Minimum Care Standards and NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
