Job Description

Blu Havn Care LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of Domiciliary Care Services, leading the care team, and providing skilled care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake care management responsibilities as delegated by the Head of the company and Care Home rules and regulations.
  • Develop and implement care plans with patients, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
  • Supervise and participate in the delivery of care services, monitoring the effectiveness of care plans and making changes as necessary.
  • Ensure all patients' care plans and records are maintained and updated in line with Domiciliary Care regulations.
  • Act as a key communicator on Domiciliary Care matters, including any changes in condition, concerns, or requests.
  • Supervise staff, including recruitment, selection, and disciplinary processes.
  • Participate in quality assurance systems, training, and teaching of other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of National Minimum Care Standards and NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
