Field Care Supervisor

About the Role
The Field Care Supervisor is a key position within Sage Care Limited, responsible for delivering high-quality care support services to our clients. This role involves assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising care workers, and working with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of care support services by carrying out assessments and reviews of individual services.
- Supervise and instruct care workers to ensure they are competent and providing high-quality care.
- Work with Care Coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
- Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence.
- Carry out on-site observations and evaluations of care worker practice.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure the seamless delivery of holistic packages of individual care support.
