About the Role

The Field Care Supervisor is a key position within Sage Care Limited, responsible for delivering high-quality care support services to our clients. This role involves assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and supporting care workers, and working with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and review individual services to ensure the highest quality care support is delivered
  • Supervise and support care workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
  • Work with Care Coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account the needs of individual clients and the skills and attributes of care workers
  • Carry out regular reviews of individual services, including risk assessments and needs assessments
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and provide on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users and their families, and providing holistic packages of individual care support. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
