About the Role

As a Business Growth Specialist at Universal Business Team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, you will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
