Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line customer support and remote assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PC and server systems.
  • Manage firewall settings and perform daily system checks.
  • Deliver proactive and reactive technical support to meet client demands and service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and logging of activities.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in IT/Support Engineering within an MSP or ISP.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 fundamentals.
  • Remote Desktop Servers and Desktop Support experience.
  • Networking protocols including TCP/IP.
