About the Job:
This position involves conducting PET-CT scans and other nuclear medicine imaging procedures, preparing patients for these procedures, and safely handling and administering radiopharmaceuticals. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting PET-CT scans and other nuclear medicine imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians,
* Preparing patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure,
* Operating imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images,
* Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting procedures, and assisting in the preparation of diagnostic reports,
* Adhering to all safety protocols, including radiation safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
