Transforming Education for Vulnerable Learners

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN / SEND Tutor to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Work collaboratively with our SEN / SEND Support Team to ensure a holistic and trauma-informed approach to tutoring and mentoring
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Provide regular progress updates and feedback to parents, carers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
  • You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online assignments
