We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang to join our team at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, an intimate 14-seat Chef's table experience.

This venue takes the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to new heights, offering the pinnacle of culinary excellence in the city.

As a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent product knowledge and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Confidently running a section and supervising junior members of the team
  • Holding WSET L2 qualification or equivalent
  • Thriving on teamwork and supporting the management team to guarantee guests have a fully positive dining experience
  • Using interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are achieved

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience working within a Fine Dining or Michelin Star environment as a Chef de Rang or Waiter/Waitress
  • Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
  • Have thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
